Isle of Wight Circumnavigation
This website has been put together as a resource detailing the challenge 3 brothers have set themselves to windsurf around the Isle of Wight April or May 2009. There are several motives for this windsurfing based circumnavigation attempt but one of particular importance is to help raise money for the British Heart Foundation. We are of course extremely grateful for any donations you are able to make, all of which will be taken through the charity website 'Just Giving'. The widget below shows fund raising progress so far and also includes a button that allows you to click straight through and make a donation. As well as the British Heart Foundation being core to our efforts, there is also a whole lot more that has made us embark on this challenge. It's about doing something that satisfies our urge to break from routine and attach with nature. Please take a look around the website to see what is going on, who is involved and understand the nature and scale of the challenge before us. We will do our best to add up-to-date information on progress. Beyond the event we intend to give you all something back by showing videos and pictures of our adventure!
